Take 2 cup wheat flour and add baking powder and baking soda and mix it
Take a separate utensil and add oil and curd mix it well and add powdered sugar to it and mix it for 2 to 3 minutes
Than start adding wheat flour to it and mix it a little
Add milk to make a smooth paste
Add vanilla essence
Than griss the appam pan with a little oil and add the mixture to it at low flame
Serve it hot / cold
